Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the bot4d platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By creating an Account on bot4d, accessing the Platform, or placing any Bet, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between You and bot4d. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important Notice: Online gambling involves financial risk. Only wager money You can afford to lose. bot4d is intended exclusively for entertainment purposes and is restricted to adults aged 21 and over.
To register an Account and use bot4d, You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
During registration, You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep Your Account information up to date at all times. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on bot4d. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under Your own name or using aliases, family members' details, or any other means, is strictly prohibited. We employ advanced detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If multiple Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be closed, and any Balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus winnings will be forfeited.
bot4d is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. To fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations, we require all Users to complete a KYC verification process before their first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit the following documents:
Verification typically takes between 2 to 24 hours. Until Your Account is fully verified, You will not be able to request withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may result in Account suspension.
bot4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but individual Accounts may be subject to transaction monitoring for compliance and security purposes.
Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically credited to Your Account instantly. Bank transfers may take between 2 to 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank and current processing load. If Your deposit does not appear in Your Account within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team via live chat with Your transaction reference number.
bot4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, Your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs. You are solely responsible for any such fees.
In line with our commitment to Responsible Gaming, You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on Your Account at any time through the Account Settings panel. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
To request a withdrawal from Your bot4d Account, You must meet the following conditions:
bot4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are completed within 3 to 10 minutes during business hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically instant once approved.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security checks or verification procedures at Our sole discretion, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. In such cases, processing may take up to 72 hours. We will notify You via email or SMS if additional documentation is required.
bot4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. From the fourth withdrawal onward in the same month, a service fee of Rp 5,000 per transaction applies. VIP-tier members (Gold and above) are exempt from all withdrawal fees.

If You wish to withdraw an amount exceeding Your tier limit, You may submit multiple withdrawal requests or contact VIP support for manual processing.
All Bets placed on bot4d are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is Your responsibility to review Your Bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) before submitting. Accidental or erroneous Bets will not be voided except in cases of obvious technical error acknowledged by bot4d.
Odds and betting markets are subject to change at any time, including while a Bet is being placed. The odds locked in at the time You confirm Your Bet are the odds that will apply to that Bet, regardless of subsequent changes.
For all sports betting markets, the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport or event (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, PSSI) is final and binding. In the event of a postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, the following rules apply:
Mix parlay (accumulator) Bets combine multiple selections into a single Bet with multiplied odds. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. If any selection is void, the odds for that selection are set to 1.0 and the parlay recalculates accordingly.
All casino games offered on bot4d, including live dealer tables, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third parties. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game information page and represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. Individual session results may vary significantly.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, or disconnection during live casino play, the round will be completed by the dealer and the result will stand. You may view the outcome in Your betting history once reconnected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bot4d and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds:
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bot4d are subject to specific Terms and Conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page or in the promotional email. By accepting any bonus, You agree to be bound by both the general Terms and the specific bonus Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses using different Accounts or payment methods is considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
Most bonuses carry a wagering (turnover) requirement before the bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for bot4d bonuses is as follows:
Only Bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (for sports) or with real-money stakes (for casino) contribute toward wagering requirements. Void Bets, cashed-out Bets, and Bets on both sides of the same market (hedging) do not count toward turnover.
Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of activation. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
bot4d reserves the right to void any bonus, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that bonus terms have been violated. This includes but is not limited to cases of abuse, fraud, or circumvention of restrictions. In such cases, only the original deposited funds (if any) will be returned.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:
Upon suspension or termination, Your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Any remaining Balance in Your Account (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be refunded to You within 30 days, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations.
You may voluntarily close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. If You believe You may have a gambling problem, You may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, You will not be able to log in, deposit, or place Bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

All content on the bot4d Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive property of bot4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
bot4d provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
bot4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bot4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bot4d holds its operating license. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority.
Prior to initiating arbitration, You agree to first contact bot4d customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to formal arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and bot4d regarding Your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of Your rights or obligations under these Terms without Our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer Our rights and obligations at any time without notice.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or Our right to enforce it in the future.
